It is my favorite flan and super easy to make!

1 can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
¾ cup sugar
4 eggs

Put sugar in 9 inch round cake pan and set over high heat. Stir sugar and allow to caramelize. Cook until becomes bubbly. It will smoke a little bit. Let it cook until it almost smells burnt. This gives it a wonderful taste! Remove from heat and tip in all directions in order to coat bottom and sides of pan with sugar. Set aside.
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_jRiBc3k0wwE/SPq4V5f4uUI/AAAAAAAAASg/-YKRYolQ3es/s200/untitled.bmp" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5258718201259800898" />

Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk and eggs in blender.
